2 Day Farrow to Finish Course
Every part of production is covered — on the ground and in the classroom.
We will walk through:

- Farrow-to-finish swine management
- Feed and forage systems
- Movement principles
- Breaking down the numbers and building profit into every sale
- Developing a scalable enterprise
Everything is taught in structured blocks built from years of trial, error, refinement, and growth.

1 Day Direct Marketing Course
Raising pigs is only half the equation.
Selling them well is what keeps your farm operating year after year.
In this section, we break down how we started from scratch and grew sales consistently.
We cover:
- Farmers markets
- Drop sites and buying clubs
- Online sales and shipping
- Home delivery
- Wholesale and restaurants
- On-farm sales
And the details that matter:
- Logistics and regulations
- Selling by the piece vs. by the pound
- Carcass vs. individual cuts
- Websites and e-commerce
- Cut sheets
- Branding and telling your story
- Building a real social media presence
Meet the Instructors
Jordan Green
Jordan built J&L Green Farm from the ground up after apprenticing at Polyface Farm and serving five years in the United States Marine Corps.
Since 2009, he and Laura have steadily grown a fully pasture-based livestock operation in Virginia.
Jordan teaches from lived experience — the mistakes, the hard lessons, the systems that finally worked, and the numbers behind it all.
He speaks farmer to farmer.
Laura Green
Laura leads the retail and customer systems at J&L Green Farm.
She understands what makes a farm profitable beyond production — pricing, customer retention, communication, and consistent sales.
She brings clarity to marketing in a way that makes sense for working farmers.
Jeff Mattocks
Jeff brings nearly 30 years of experience in organic and sustainable livestock nutrition.
He works directly with farmers to improve feed efficiency, herd health, and return on investment.
Jeff’s focus is simple: better nutrition, better performance, better margins.

Special Discount Price before April 1st: $799

Travel
Little Rock Airport is about an hour away. This would be your best option if planning to fly.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum number of registrations is required to conduct the school due to facility and instructor costs.
We reserve the right to cancel on or before April 5, 2026 if minimum enrollment is not met. Full ticket refunds will be issued if necessary.
If minimum enrollment is met before April 5, all registrants will be notified that the school is confirmed.
